ev pAVER


EV Paver supplies ceramic based pervious pavers, which are also called permeable pavers. Our pavers have a full penetrating surface that allows rainwater to go through at the rate of 2 inch/min (0.5 inch/min when the gaps are fully clogged). Since EV PAVER is in fact a pervious paver and does not require large gaps or "open holes" to achieve permeability, it will not lose permeability when the gaps get clogged by dirt. On the contrary, other permeable pavers will lose permeability once the gaps are clogged.



EV maTERIALS


EV Porcelain pavers are the among the strongest in the industry, with breaking strength of 11750 N (2641 lbs ) and center load test result of 2594 lbs. It can be safely laid on sand, gravel and on pedestal system.



Sioux City Brick


In the early 1900‘s, Sioux City Brick began in the brick business, brick were fired in beehive kilns. Brick were loaded by hand on horse-drawn wagons. Today, brick factory floors are outfitted with the latest generation of robotic brick setting and packaging equipment.

METROBRICK® Architectural Thin Brick is a true kiln fired thin brick made to stringent guidelines for use in all types of brick veneer applications and construction types. METROBRICK thin brick is available in a wide variety of sizes, colors, textures, and blends. Custom blending is available.



rOCKcAST aRCHITECTURAL pRECAST


RockCast’s Architectural Cast Stone Series (wet method) is ideal for areas that have excessive surface wear, as well as for structural window heads, longer sills/copings, panels, one piece arches and heads, masonry soffits, step treads and sign panels. It can utilize rebar and can be structural to carry the veneer. This series matches color and texture of architectural units without typical bugholes and allows for specialized anchoring with rebar, tie backs, weld plates and other anchoring requirements.



Elgin Butler Brick


Glazed Brick are extruded clay, ceramic glazed masonry units for wall applications, structural walls, partition walls, multi-wythe walls or veneers. The ceramic finish is available in many standard and custom colors, and the units offer a durable, permanent, non-fading wall system that has an impervious ceramic glazed face with a high abuse tolerance against impact, abrasion and graffiti.
